If you have to make a call from your registered phone number, follow these steps:-

Dial the access numbers of your city (List of access numbers are mentioned on our website under area wise) from your registered phone number.

When the system prompts you to enter the desired destination number, dial the number in the following format:-

• In case of Landline: Country code + area code + destination phone number.(e.g. 91 11 22123456).
• In case of Mobile: Country code + destination phone number.(e.g. 91 9812345678).

If you have to make a call from any unregistered number, follow these steps:-

Dial the access numbers of your city (List of access numbers are mentioned on our website under area wise) from your registered phone number.

When the system prompts you to enter your PIN number, enter your 8-digit PIN number provided by our customer support, followed by the destination number in the following format.

• In case of Landline: Country code + area code + destination phone number.(e.g. 91 11 22123456).
• In case of Mobile: Country code + destination phone number.(e.g. 91 9812345678).
